This is an important requirement for the eraization of excellent traditional culture. How to explain the advantages of the national system to students in order to guide students to enhance the “four selfconfidences” is a problem that requires thinking and practice. Revealing the level, characteristics, and evaluation criteria of national system advantages is the academic basis for clearly explaining the advantages of national systems. A Study on the Evolution and Cause of the Allocation Pattern of Capital Income among Main Subjects in China Yang Ju, Fang Tian 2020, 54 (6):  61-73.  Abstract ( )   PDF (9029KB) ( )   Based on Flow of Funds Accounts, this paper examines the distribution pattern and evolution trend of China's capital income among Households departments, nonfinancial enterprise departments, financial departments, and government departments from 2000 to 2017. The study found that before the distribution of property income, the most obvious change in the pattern of capital income distribution was the rapid decline in the proportion of capital income in the household sector and the rapid rise in the financial sector. The distribution of property income has increased the capital income of residents but has not changed the original trend of change. Further analysis found that the main reason for the decline in the proportion of capital income in the household sector was the “double decline” in the scale and profitability of individual business. The main reason for the rise in the proportion of capital income in the financial sector is the “double rise” in the profitability and operating scale of financial companies. The underlying reasons include the impact of the new economy, the disadvantaged position of the individual economy, and the trend of economic financialization, etc. This article also looks forward to the followup research, and puts forward suggestions on how to deal with the relationship between the development and growth of stateowned enterprises and profit sharing, improve the banking and securities markets to increase the property income of residents, and protect the individual economy of the household sector,etc. Related Articles | Metrics

MultiLevel Core Political System and DoubleLevel Governance of “Integration and Division” Zhang Xuelin 2020, 54 (6):  74-83.  Abstract ( )   PDF (6691KB) ( )   How to explain the systems and mechanisms that produce excellent governance performance is the key to understanding the “Chinese experience”. Based on the relationship between the Party and government and the relationship between central and local government in China's political system, this paper proposes a new theoretical framework of “multilevel core political system” to explain the “Chinese model”. China's multilevel core political system contains such attributes as noninstitutional decentralization, organization system of vertical centralization and horizontal competition, and administrative principle of asymmetric responsibility and right, forming the doublelayer governance mechanism that is combining the features of centralization and decentralization. It is possible to make dynamic adjustment according to the change of the principal contradiction of social governance. Therefore, China's system has the flexibility and advantage of “unification and division” in governance. The Arrogation of Instrumental Rationality to Humanistic Spirit——Viewing“Academic Capitalism”from Dialectic of Enlightenment Li Lili 2020, 54 (6):  84-91.  Abstract ( )   PDF (6593KB) ( )   As an academic market behavior or academic marketization trend，“academic capitalism” is driven by globalization and the knowledge economy. And it is an irreversible trend of the modern enlightenment. The book Dialectic of Enlightenment describes the arrogation of instrumental rationality to humanistic spirit caused by enlightenment，leading to the retrogression of enlightenment consciousness or “enlightenment paradox”. Dialectic of Enlightenment provides a novel perspective for understanding “academic capitalism”. And similar to Dialectic of Enlightenment，the paradox is also built in “academic capitalism” due to the erosion of instrumental rationality embodied in the logic of capital to academic value rationality.
