Abstract: Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has repeatedly pointed out that it is necessary to combine the new era conditions to inherit and develop Chinese excellent traditional culture, so that the most basic cultural genes of the Chinese nation are compatible with contemporary culture and coordinated with modern society. This is an important requirement for the eraization of excellent traditional culture. On the basis of systematically elaborating the theoretical and practical significance of the era of Chinese excellent traditional culture, as well as the principles of value, history, and methodology, Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of clarifying, preserving, sorting out, discarding, inheriting, as well as transformation and innovation, communication and promotion in the inheritance and development of traditional culture. He also emphasized that the current focus should be on creative transformation and innovative development, which has important guiding significance for deepening the theoretical research and practical inheritance of China's excellent traditional culture.

摘要： 党的十八大以来，习近平多次指出，要结合新的时代条件传承发展中华优秀传统文化，使中华民族最基本的文化基因与当代文化相适应、与现代社会相协调，提出了中华优秀传统文化时代化的重要要求。习近平在系统阐述中华优秀传统文化时代化的理论意义、实践意义，以及价值性原则、历史性原则、方法论原则的基础上，强调要着重厘清传统文化传承发展中保存整理、梳理挖掘、扬弃继承、转化创新、传播弘扬等不同层面的层次性要求，并强调当前要重点做好创造性转化和创新性发展，对当下深化中华优秀传统文化时代化的理论研究和实践传承工作具有重要指导意义。
