Abstract: The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China summarized the remarkable advantages of the national system from 13 aspects. How to explain the advantages of the national system to students in order to guide students to enhance the “four selfconfidences” is a problem that requires thinking and practice. Revealing the level, characteristics, and evaluation criteria of national system advantages is the academic basis for clearly explaining the advantages of national systems. The use of historical traceability methods, combined with fact analysis, comparative analysis methods, and dialectical analysis methods to show the advantages of the national system is the method requirements for clearly explaining the advantages of the national system. The use of knowledge in disciplines such as political science, economics, culture, sociology, and law is the way of expanding the horizon of the country's institutional advantages so as to interpret the advantages of the national system.

摘要： 党的十九届四中全会对国家制度显著优势从十三个方面进行了集中概括，高校如何向学生讲清楚国家制度优势，以引导学生增强“四个自信”，是需要思考和实践的问题。揭示国家制度优势的层次、特性和评价标准，是讲清楚国家制度优势的学理基础。运用历史追溯方法、结合事实来分析、比较分析方法、辩证分析方法展现国家制度优势，是讲清楚国家制度优势的方法要求。运用政治学、经济学、文化学、社会学、法学等学科的知识诠释国家制度优势，是讲清楚国家制度优势的视野拓展。
