Abstract

Abstract: Facing the “new upsurge of explosive growth” of AI, Xi Jinping reviewed the situation and made important expositions on AIrelated issues on many occasionsin the new eraThese important expositions contain four value implications：AI is an important strategic grasp for China to seize the initiative of global scientific and technological competition and the opportunity of industrial transformation；AI is an important driving force for creating more intelligent ways of work and lifestyle；AI is an important way to improve the level of social governance and promote intelligent governance；To deal with the risks and challenges of AI needs to strengthen international exchange and cooperationFour value implications of Xi Jinping's important expositions on AI in the new era point out the direction for us to grasp the importance of AI accurately and push China forward to the era of intelligence

摘要： 迈入新时代，面对人工智能“爆发式增长的新高潮”，习近平审时度势，多次对人工智能相关问题作出重要论述。这些重要论述内含着四重价值意蕴，即人工智能是我国抢占全球科技竞争主动权和产业变革先机的重要战略抓手；人工智能是创造更加智能的工作方式和生活方式的重要推动力量；人工智能是提升社会治理水平和推进智能化治理的重要途径；应对人工智能带来的风险与挑战需要加强国际交流合作。习近平重要论述的四重价值意蕴为我们准确把握人工智能的重要意义、推动中国向智能化时代迈进指明了方向。
