    The Theoretical Connotation and Logical Structure of Xi Jinpings Socialist Economic Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

    The central collective leadership with Xi Jinping as the core insists on combining the basic principles of Marxism with the specific practice of Chinas reform and development, and consistently developing socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. In 2017, the Central Economic Work Conference first proposed “Xi Jinpings socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristicsin in the new era”, marking the formation of “Xi Jinpings socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics in new era”. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has drawn a highdefinition hologram for the development of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics and socialism with Chinese characteristics based on scientific understanding of the inherent necessity and development law of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the choice of paths, Xi Jinping formulated a series of scientific development strategies for the Chinese economy, and formulated a systematic and perfect economic policy system for the realization of strategic goals, forming a “development law (principle) theory—development path theory—development strategy theory—development policy theory quaternity”, which constitutes Xi Jinpings socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

    The historical materialism of Marxs “real people and their historical development” and the political philosophy as “the history of national economics
    redemption” are all negating and criticizing capitalism through “criticism of political economy”, and opens ways and creates for peoples free and comprehensive development. In this sense, both historical materialism and political philosophy are the unity of reality and normative, scientific, and critical natures. The two follow the same path: historical materialism is the opening of political philosophy, and political philosophy is the deepening of historical materialism. The unity of historical materialism and political philosophy is manifested in the transformation from the law of value to the law of surplus value, and from the exchange of goods to class struggle which are reflected in the “critique of political economy” in Das Capital. This transformation is actually the “inner turn” of Marxs philosophy itself from “historical materialism” to “political philosophy.”

    The contemporary critique of capital logic needs to solve the problem of its structure and transcend the chaotic representation of the whole. The logic of the
    capital movement is presented as the four levels of organic connection: the general logic of formation, expansion andsublation, the core logic of value proliferation, the basic logic of creatingeliminating civilization and the improvementlowering efficiency, competitionmonopoly, innovationold, rational The specific logic of contradiction between antirationality, publicity and private independence. The general logic stipulates and demonstrates the overall process of the capital movement, which is carried out through the other three levels of logic. Various subordinate logics enable the logic of value proliferation to be realized, which in turn contributes to the general logic of capital. This inspires contemporary humans, especially the Chinese nation, to theoretically overcome the general understanding of capital logic, use appropriate logic to conduct targeted analysis, and enhance the consciousness of capital logic research. In practice, we must deal with both capital logic and concrete logic, creating conditions that allow capital to proliferate in a positive logic rather than a negative logic, and always uphold the positive abandonment of capital.

It is the unity of peoples knowledge of truth and pursuit of value. Because it conforms to the law of social development and the interests of the members of the community, it is recognized and pursued. Common ideal is usually based on national circumstances. It goes through a long process of historical selection, testing, establishment and practice.     Patriotism is the fine tradition of the Chinese nation and the spirit of time. The scholars usually account it only from the emotional perspective. However, as a
    political principle, moral principle, and personal quality in dealing with the relationship between the individual and the nation, Patriotism can be fully and comprehensively understood from the perspectives of cognition, love, expectation, faith, and behavior. We will argue therefore that patriotism includes such five dimensions as the consciously understanding the nation, the love of the nation, theexpectation for the nation, having faith in the nation, and the service for the nation. The cognition of the nation means having rational knowledge of the nation itself and its relationship with individuals which forms the cognitive premise of patriotism. Loving the nation is one kind of passionate feelings which is accounted the emotional sustenance of patriotism. The expectation for the nation means looking forward to nations survival, development, and renaissance which provides the spiritual impetus for patriotism. The faith in the nation means having a firm belief in nation which is the faith support for patriotism. The behavior to serve the nation refers to the concrete actions which will put the ideal of patriotism into practice and implement the spirit of patriotism.

    Chinese philosophy general education includes two aspects: “internal communication” and “external communication”. The philosophical introduction course,
    especially the textbook, has in fact reflected the tortuous history of Chinese philosophy general education. Before 1949, in the context of learning from the West, the general education of philosophy rose with the rise of modern education, and gradually opened the pattern from scratch. After 1949, Marxist philosophy served as a philosophical principle for a long time. In the process of reform and opening up, after the pioneering and foundation laying of the second half of the 1990s to the beginning of this century, the textbooks on the introduction of philosophy have been diverse and broad. Looking back on the history of the past 100 years, we find that philosophy general education is imperative.
