The Logical Integrity of Marxs Theory of Labor Value Zhang Leisheng 2018, 52 (4):  5-11.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (5173KB) ( )   Marxs analysis of the labor value theory blinks the light of logical integrity. It is the logical overall analysis of the theory of labor value to create the internal transformation form of value from labor to transforming value into production price. Marx used the general method to analyze the overall logics of the labor value theory. The misinterpretation, misunderstanding and even distortion of the labor value theory are closely related to the misunderstanding of general approach. In the face of various practical problems in the development of economic globalization, the study of international value and its transformation has become an important issue for the development of labor value theory. Multi Dimensional Perspective of Marxs Theory of Freedom and Liberation of Man——On the Continuous Influence of Idealist Alienation View of History He Haiyan, Wang Fengming 2018, 52 (4):  12-20.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (6729KB) ( )   The academic study of Marxs theory of freedom and liberation began in the early 1980s, which discusses humanitarianism and alienation, and formed two research ideas of humanism and Marxism. After more than 30 years of continuous evolution, a variety of research perspectives, paradigms and methods have emerged. This multidimensional perspective and interpretation greatly promoted the theory of Marxs theory of freedom and liberation and even the whole Marxist philosophy theory. But the pattern of coexistence and confrontation between humanitarianism and Marxism, alienation view and materialist conception of history has not changed, which in recent years has been even more and more intensified. The “real man” is not  “man”, which is a theoretical paradox that the dissimilation history can not get rid of. Under the new historical conditions, reaffirming the essential difference between historical materialism and alienation view of history is of great theoretical significance and practical value no matter for the construction of socialist core values or for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.   Related Articles | Metrics

However, we still need to strengthen the systematic research, logical research and realistic study of Marxs theory of education in the Communist Manifesto. In this way, we can fully, systematically and logically demonstrate the rich and profound Marxs thoughts on theory education in the Communist Manifesto, and let the thought on Marxist theory education in the Communist Manifesto spread more brilliant revelations along with the time and brilliant times. It is particularly urgent and necessary to set the basic orientation of Marxs view of material based on this dual need. First, through the rerevelation of its basic dimensions and horizons, the dual framework of Marxs materialism and scientific logic is highlighted. Secondly, the relationship between the basic forms of materialism is placed in the basic dimensions and horizons of Marxs materialistic view, it reproduces the inherent development logic of materialism from abstract to specific. Thirdly, the basic dimensions and horizons of metaphysical subjectivity and its rational paradigm are placed in the basic dimensions and horizons of Marxs material view, it provides a new context and paradigm for the criticism and salvation of metaphysics. Financial Curse: Facts, Effects and the Implications for China#br# Hu Haifeng, Wang Aiping 2018, 52 (4):  53-62.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (7561KB) ( )   A lot of historical experience and academic research have shown that too much finance will bring about “financial curse”, in which condition financial system no longer supports but hurts economic growth. In this paper, we conclude five symbols of financial curse according to the experience of western countries. (1) the debt size enlarges quickly and the leverage increases fast; (2) the behavior of financial speculation is rampant and commodities are overfinancialized; (3) the endless expansion and the complex association of financial institutions lead to the phenomenon of “too big to fail”; (4) occupation and education shows the propensity of finance; (5) money revolves inside the financial system with the form of selfcirculation. Furthermore, we propose that the “financial curse” will result in hurting economic growth, triggering financial crisis, affecting policy decisions and widening the income gap and we discuss the corresponding channels and mechanisms in turn. Finally, with the actual conditions of China, we put forward four suggestions: (1)attaching great importance to the accumulation of highleverage risks in order to prevent systemic financial risk; (2) paying attention to too much finance so as toachieve healthyinteraction between financial development and real economy; (3) cracking down excessive financial speculation to keep market stable and in order; (4) adjusting fiscal and taxation policies to narrow the income distribution gap，to improve unfair distribution of income. Process Rationality and Chinas Diplomacy Hu Zongshan1, Zhang Hongliang2 2018, 52 (4):  63-72.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (7390KB) ( )   New Chinas diplomacy has experienced three stages: noumenon identification, subject selfreliance and relationship consciousness. It shows three different diplomatic forms: statefounding diplomacy, statebuilding diplomacy to power diplomacy. The fundamental reason for the different stages and different forms of diplomatic evolution lies in the deep interaction between domestic and foreign relations, which lies in the corresponding changes of the rationality and preferences of “national people”, thus triggering the change of decisionmaking and behavior inside and outside the country. The change of rationality and preferences of “national people” is rooted in the diachronic evolution of the elements of internal and external pressure system in New China, showing the characteristics of interaction of historicism and process doctrine. Pushing Forward Global Partnership with the “BRICS +” Platform Ding Gong 2018, 52 (4):  73-79.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (5103KB) ( )   In September 2017, China hosted the Xiamen summit of BRICS. This is the second time China has been leading and shaping the cooperation of developing countries and the direction of global governance. At this summit, China successfully introduced the concept of “BRICS +” cooperation as the president of BRICS summit. This is not only conducive to the realization of the integration of the Chinese concept and the connotation of BRICS, but also to alleviate the differences as of the “expansion”. In the future, China will take the “BRICS +” platform as the main line to promote the construction of global partnership. Through promoting dialogue and liaison with regional organizations and international mechanisms, we will explore feasible ways to enhance coordination and cooperation with middle powers. China should maintain the development of global governance and strengthen the carrier of cooperation with the G20 mechanism, and then achieve the ability to enhance the decisionmaking power and execution of the BRICS mechanism. The most striking feature of this subject is its distinctive ideological nature. Ideology is not only the important research object, vision and reference of ideological and political education, but also has an important influence on its forming and development. At the same time, the part of the research object, the leading research method, the knowledge system and the application of the ideological and political education are not ideological. Therefore, we can not simply attribute ideological and political education to ideological research. To grasp scientifically the basic categories of ideological and political education, such as ideology and non ideology, is the key for ideological and political education to get out of the dilemma of science and ideology. In order to realize the unity of science and ideology of the ideological and political education, we not only need to adhere to Marxism as the guide and foundation, but also to actively improve the effectiveness of mainstream ideology in the social practice, weaken and eliminate the negative effect of non mainstream ideology. It is pointed out that in order to increase the international competitiveness of enterprises, control the price level of each region and prevent the recurrence of economic crisis, the researches on exchange rate passthrough need to be further refined.
