In essence, social development is the process of contradictory movement of various elements in society. Social factors play a unique role in the process of social development. They have the dialectical nature of process relativity, overall integration and sports development. The structural contradictions of the driving force, content, natural environment, external environment, the overall, unbalanced, uncoordinated and unsustainable benefits are the realistic basis of the new concept of development. We can say that Xi Jinpings new development concept of innovation, harmony, green, open and sharing has revealed the implication and features of Marxist theory of social development, which is the latest achievements of the combination of Marxist theory of social development and the social development in contemporary China. On the Foundation of Marxist Theory SelfConfidence——From the Faith Cultivation in Colleges and Universities Jiang Xian-rong, Liu Bao-guo 2017, 51 (9):  15-21.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (4793KB) ( )   The focus of Maxist theory selfconfidence is science so it is necessary to establish a set of holistic logic to explain “why Maxist theory is science?” From  the logical premise accepted by students “the world is substance”, further we infer that “human society is material phenomenon” “all the old physical form will be replaced by a new form of matter” and “capitalism replaced by socialism is inevitable”. Each step is a logical transition to synthesize a holistic logic. The most basic of Marxist theory selfconfidence is to prove itself by practice,which is not a narrow demonstration of empirical science, but the integrity of the test. “Marxism is science” and “physics is science” have theoretical consistency, and both are the theoretical program based on practical problems . “Marxism is science” does not mean that it is the ultimate truth, but can be tested and modified, which is consistent with the general logic of natural science. It requires reflection and clarification for all the humanities and social sciences. The Chinese governments efforts to respond to social group events have shown the trajectory of change from social management to social governance. In order to improve governance performance, the Chinese government has promoted the management oriented and service oriented reform, and created a coordinated governance pattern of government mechanism, market mechanism and social mechanism. In practice, the government has developed the existing system and mechanism of the CPC and the government to let potential power institutions and traditional mass organizations play new functions. On the other hand, the government activates the functions of enterprises, social organizations and communities so as to make new social agents and elements play a proper role in social governance. Chinas social governance is forming the Chinese experience of “Party committee leadership, government dominance, social coordination, citizen participation, and rule of law protection”. Under the guidance of the general policy of the central government, the list of small and micro power in rural areas reflects the important innovation in the dimension of social governance. Through the list of small and micro power in rural areas, the exercise of power in grassroots governance bodies can be effectively checked and balanced and standardized. In Ninghai County Zhejiang Province, the list of small and micro power in rural areas has typical representative experience. Its innovations are mainly embodied in three aspects: the setting up of the list, the reconstruction of power and the guarantee of measures. Of course, in the process of practice, the list of small and micro power in rural areas is also facing the problems of rising costs, inefficiency and inadequate checks and balances of power, which need to be further improved. These have brought a series of new problems and challenges which are different from the content of community management in the planned economy period. “Governance” instead of “management” has become the basic value goal of community construction. Compared with the past, the operation mechanism and the utility of the CPC and government isomorphism pattern in community governance have changed. Starting from the connotation of governance concept, this paper selects three communities for comparative analysis, trying to draw up the present situation of community governance in Beijing. Through the concrete analysis of the present situation, this paper seeks the key factors that influence the improvement of community governance ability, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Both the price view of capital interest rate and the price view of currency interest rate lack the ability of realistic explanation. Marxist economics regards interest rates as the price associated with capital goods and loan capital. But it is an irrational price form. This kind “price view” of interest rate can be called “the price view of loan capital interest rate”. Different “price view” of interest rate brings out different policy opinions. Only when we correctly grasp the interest rate of the capital commodity price and clarify the relationship between interest rate, the accumulation of monetary capital and the accumulation of reality, can we make the correct choice for our interest rate policy and interest rate reform. The connotation of technological progress is mainly due to the improvement of the complexity of labor. Its performance is the increase of new value in unit time. Economic growth from complex labor is a real endogenous economic growth. This endogenous growth can ensure that the corporate profitability is compatible with the growth of firms value at the micro level. The medium and longterm balanced growth rate of the economy will increase with the increase of the complexity of labor, which is a necessary condition for sustained economic growth under the modern economic conditions. However, the current cultural study, political study and national study indicate that new order of world are limited by profits of nationality. It hints that its impossible for multi—polarization. The fact of rising of China will terminate this viewpoint. As a multinationality state, Chinese achievements expose that there is a relationship between universal void of spirt and consistency of appeals of different nationality. The originality of void is from negation of current situation of existence and the hope of a better life. Basing on spiritual needs, common ideal actually becomes the spiritual connections among peoples, that is, national independence, individual happiness and rising of nationality, on which, industrial workers, farmers and student are chasing on and guiding each other for regenerating China. Hence, the enlightenment of China road is that the government of China should construct the discourse of hope, realize the performance of political commitment and form new order of world—human destiny community.
