A Study on Basic Theory and Model of Reproduction of the Internet Yan Jin-qiang1, Ma Yan2, Zhao Zhi-cheng2 2016, 50 (7):  5-13.  DOI: Abstract ( )   This paper, starting from the internet space elements and economic attribute, has analyzed the economic functions of internet space from the angle of social reproduction. The paper tries to build the reproduction model which adopts the internet, and explores the problems of value decision of internet space. This paper argues that: (1) internet space is not only a technical relationship and social relationship, the internet space has elements of the three levels from the point of view of technology; from the point of view of social relations. Cyberspace is a virtual economic variables, which is a necessary factor for social production and has close relations with material product. (2)From the aspect of social reproduction, the economic function of the internet is mainly reflected in improving production efficiency, reducing transaction costs through links with social reproduction, including reducing the cost of financing by implantation of monetary circulation; improving production efficiency through implantation of commodity production process; reducing the circulation cost in implanted commodity circulation field. (3) By constructing the model of reproduction of the internet, there is a close relationship between the internet space and the material production sector. The value decision principle of internet space is as follows: in the conditions of the competition it is not sufficient at the early stage of introduction of internet economy, with internet providing for the reproduction of  social economic value of conservation as the basis; and under the conditions of competition, profit rate average production price is also the basis. The Political Economics Analysis of “Internet Plus”to Promote the Development of Traditional Industries  Li Jun, Zhang Si-yang, Mao Pei-hua 2016, 50 (7):  14-20.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (5495KB) ( )   The development of the internet has a subversive influence on the development of various industries, especially the traditional manufacturing industries. The infiltration of and development of the internet, on the one hand make great changes to the traditional manufacturing industry productivity, what make traditional industry productivity gets great development, such as the production of a range of elements continuous expansion, greatly enhance the quality, allocation efficiency increased significantly and innovation and upgrading of traditional industrial development model and optimization of organizational structure; on the other hand through influence the ownership of production of traditional manufacturing industry, change the status and relationship of people in direct production process and exchange process and distribution process, profound adjustment the relations of production of traditional industries, such as management mode innovation, changes of exchange relations, distribution adjustment mechanism etc.. In this paper, based on the political economics basic principle of the Marx doctrine, attempts to analysis the intrinsic mechanism and influence mechanism of “internet plus” on the traditional manufacturing industry enterprises from the productive forces and production relations, in order to fully demonstrate the essence and internal function of “internet plus”.   Related Articles | Metrics

It argues that relying on the continuous investment of financial services in internet space, internet finance generates new double virtual value. But the essence of finance financial activities does not change, so there generate new and double risk of internet finance, which include the financial operation and system operation risk caused by imperfect network technology; the expand financial risk caused copy of internet space and expand financial relationships; and the system risk caused by the lag reform of supporting system. For the generation mechanism of the three risks above, this paper preliminary explores how to effectively control those risks from the perspective of both Internet and financial. Area Studies and the Further Development of Chinas IR Discipline：A New Orientation in “One Belt One Road” Era Chen Yue， Mo Sheng-kai 2016, 50 (7):  36-44.  DOI: Abstract ( )   Area studies is an important but still different component from IR studies in the field of international studies,which can be regarded as an obvious indicator of a countrys comprehensive national power in its intellectual dimension.Historically,the rise and fall of a powers area studies always reflects its power status in the international society.Chinas IR studies has made great progress in the past three decades and observably narrowed the gap between US and China.Comparatively,the development of area studies in China lags behind that of IR studies,which also restricts the further rise of Chinas international studies.The implementation of “One Belt One Road” initiative also exposed this shortcoming.In this article,we considers that the current separation of language education and IR education,the separation of main education and research institutes,and the policy of governmentsponsored oversea education are the three main reasons that contributed to the problem.Then we put forward four targeted proposals on developing a talent cultivate model that integrating area studies and IR discipline together.Conceivably,the competition in developing area studies among different universities will be the orientation and driving force of Chinas international studies in the years ahead. The social engineering is the theory and method of how to translate the theoretical propositions into workable propositions, which is a kind of transformation of knowledge type. The social model is the intermediate form of the theory, which is the product of knowledge transfer. Beyond the Webers View of State——From Huntington to Migdal Zeng Yi 2016, 50 (7):  68-74.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (4957KB) ( )   The Webers view of state theory is the classical state theory of political science, which is based on the bureaucratic system, the strong country and the legitimacy. Domestic and foreign scholars have the tendency of transforming the empirical state theory into a philosophy, but they have ignored such a fact: Webers view of state is only the “local empirical knowledge” based on European absolutism national history. After World War II Huntington based on the reality of post-developed countries has questioned Webers “ideal type” state view. furthermore, Migdals theory of state focuses on the social structure of the post colonial countries, and put forward the research path of “the state in society”. These studies have largely expanded and improved the early European experience of the Weber-type state view, which is a complement to the theory of political science by the history and practice of the post-developed countries.
