A Practice to Make the Chinese Dream Come True —— Vivid Interpretation of Chinese Experience by Reform and   Development of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Base Research  Group on Third Line Construction and Panzhihua in the Development of the Western Region 2013, 47 (9):  5-13.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (2058KB) ( )    To realize the industrialization of the country is an important part of the great reju-  venation of the Chinese nation and Chinese dream. The rapid development of iron and steel indus-  try is key to the realization of the industrialization. This paper， on the basis of examining the   construction， reform and development and implementation of national modernization in Panzhihua   Iron and Steel Base， concludes that the development of Panzhihua Iron and Steel base is the epito-  me of Chinese industry and city construction， as well as a practice to make the Chinese dream   come true. Its success is an vivid interpretation of the socialist countries in the implementation of  “concentrating on doing big things”. Its efficiency also explains the advantage of socialist system   in promoting economic and social development. It is linked with the regional economy   but also has a big difference with the latter. Marx wanted to， on the basis of the development of capitalist society， reconstruct a new society，  which sees the full development of individuals and the commonwealth of free people. What is the highlight context of youth Marx's alienation concept and its initial requirements.  Marx's concept of alienation was greatly influenced by Feuerbach humanism and it originated from marx's   dissatisfaction of Hagel's philosophy.Marx's alienation concept started in the Critique of Hagel's Legal   Philosophy， which is opposed to the absolute idea and its core is humanism. It grows， updates and restructures in the   process of circulation， of growing， update and upgrade the structure. The market economy forms   mechanism to ensure the smooth circulation of capital， which mainly includes the mechanism of   survival of the fittest， exchange of capital form mechanism and equivalent conversion mechanism.   The three mechanisms share reciprocal conditions and mutual constraints. In the normal function   of the three mechanisms， the capital total expansion and quality run parallel. When their func-  tions are inhibited the performance of capital circulation will be obstructed and various symptoms   will show up in the economic development. Profit Squeeze and Non Profit Squeeze:   Theory and Empirical Evidence   Lu-Bao-Lin- 2013, 47 (9):  47-54.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (1684KB) ( )   This paper makes theoretical and empirical analysis of the evolution and causes of US   non-financial corporate sector profit share since 1960s.In the mid 1960s，the US economy turned   from prosperity to recession. From 1966 to 1982， the labor productivity witnessed greatly reduc-  tion. The fast growth of management cost and the interest payments led to shrinking of profit   share. This shows that the postwar American economy did exist the“profit squeeze by low pro-  ductivity.” From 1982to 2006， in the new liberalism system， the recovery of labor productivity   and stagnation of production workers' real wage increased the profit share， the US economy expe-  rienced a typical“non squeezing profits”.        Related Articles | Metrics

While， there is a“tailored   strategy” idea in US Asia Rebalance Strategy. The idea of“tailored strategy” refers to using com-  prehensive resources， taking specific approach to deal with different adversary. This contradicts not only the North Korea's hope for improved rela-  tions with the United States， also runs counter to eliminating the U.S.strategic goal of the non-  proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. At the same time， the situation also jeopardized   china's two strategic goals of maintaining peace and stability and denuclearization in Korean pen-  insula.This paper starts from defining the concept of strategy， points out the reality and causes of   lack of strategy of American policy towards North Korea after the cold war.Through the analysis   of North Korea's national strategy after the Cold War， especially its expectation towards U.S.，   the paper gives a detailed analysis to reveal the logic relations between the lack of strategy of   U.S. policy towards North Korean and the formation of U.S.-North Korean hostility Spiral.
