    XIA Ying
    2012, 47 (9):  10-16.  DOI:
    Abstract ( )
The paper clarifies the process of the birth, development and decline of Marxism in contemporary French philosophy since 1930s. The discussion revolves around the criticism and transcendence of “cogito” with an emphasis on the presupposition for the birth of humanist Marxism by Sartre, and Heidegger's criticism of this idea. Then, the author turns to discuss the denial and return of “cogito” by structuralist Marxism led by LeviStrauss and Althusser. Thus, the inescapable theoretical fate of the principle of subjectivity in French Marxist philosophy is explained.

——A Case Analysis of Hungarian Marxism Studies
    ZHAO Si-Kong
    2012, 47 (9):  17-23.  DOI:
    Abstract ( )
There were three turning trends in Marxist studies by Hungarian scholars after the drastic social changes in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. PostMarxism was the first one. This refers to the change of research focus from the theory of “Marxism” to Marx himself. Marxist theory was no longer viewed as a doctrine, but a type of political philosophy related to modernity instead. The second turning trend was radical criticism, which refers to the trend of insisting on radical Marxism criticism and looking for the class basis of the proletarian revolution. The third turning trend was moderate criticism that sought for new socialism as an alternative to capitalism.

    LIU Qiong-Lian
    2012, 47 (9):  39-47.  DOI:
    Abstract ( )
To prevent voluntary failure to arise in a dual dilemma of government malfunction and market malfunction, social construction and social management should aim at maintaining social justice. For this end, regulation of social conflicts, balance of interests, and application of effective social policies should be emphasized in order to realize a situation of leadership of the Party, responsibility of the government, coordination of the society, and participation of the mass. Thus, healthy and effective social management system and mechanism will be established with precisely defined responsibility, coordinated actions, quick response and highly efficient operation. The social management system and mechanism are based on social organizations of the citizens. Rule of the law, community, information technology and services are the key elements. With clarification of the connotation and limits of the social management system and mechanism, discussions about their openness, development mode and systemic adoptability, diversified choices and sustainable development can be carried out.

Reexamination of the Relationship between Finance and Real Economy
    QIU Zhao-Xiang, AN Shi-You
    2012, 47 (9):  48-53.  DOI:
    Abstract ( )
The relationship between finance and real economy is not a new theme, but their changing relationship implies new research significance. The paper starts with the reality of evolution of this relationship and explains their two separation modes. Then, the paper reexamines this relationship and remarks that real economy is the foundation of finance, and finance is the development tool of real economy. On the basis of the discussion above, the paper analyzes the improper relationship between finance and real economy in China, arguing that this is the dilemma of our dual financial model. The paper ends with the conclusion that coordination of the relationship between finance and real economy should follow the route of “real economy→adjustment of financial structure→financial liberalization→development of the capital market→virture economy”.

In view of the overall and continuous influence of the consequences of the Cold War, and the demands for energy resources and emergency events aroused by world economic development, the sovereignty disputes on the Chinese circumjacent sea have entered a period with relatively more intensified and more frequent maritime sovereignty issues. Obviously, this leaves negative security impact on Chinas periphery. The paper discusses the situation by referring to the changes in Chinas circumjacent international environment with explanations and analyses. The authors hold that to deal with this situation, active reactions at the national strategic level are necessary in line with the dual strategy of peaceful ocean development and strategic deterrence. These strategic measurements and related operation strategies are of utmost importance and indispensable significance in maintaining Chinas future national oceanic interests and further development as well.

    Abstract ( )
The formation and development of ideological and moral character and their governing laws are one of the important research subjects of ideological and political education. The formation of ideological and moral character is conditioned by various factors such as the psychological system, the ideological system and behavior system. This process can be roughly divided into three stages. They are internalization of moral norms, contradiction and confliction, and behavior formation. The process is characterized as being stable but with many variables, gradual but of several stages, and unified but with differences. It abides by the basic laws of contradiction coordination, progressive repetition, and social adaptation.

Differentiation and Analysis of Economic Democracy in Western Enterprises
from the View Point of Marxs Division Theory
    SHEN Wen-Wei
    2012, 47 (9):  86-91.  DOI:
    Abstract ( )
Enterprise economic democracy in the west reflects a management system in a modern enterprise, which has been gradually formed on the basis of the traditional “employee participation”and the postwar “industrial democracy”. As part of the management system of a modern enterprise economic democracy is after all promoted by the progress in the production mode of capitalist enterprises. Marx had studied the evolution course of the capitalist production mode from the view point of combining productive forces and production relations. His theory laid the methodological basis for us to understand the new development of contemporary capitalist enterprises, including their economic democracy.
