The Influence of Macro-economic Policies on the Output-Unemployment Relation FANG Fu-qian, SUN Yong-jun 2010, (12):  20-27.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (1699KB) ( )   In recent years,China’s unemployment rate is gradually rising along with the continuous growth of GDP.The aim of macro control has been realization of China’s economic growth,full employment,stable price and balanced international payments.With this as the point of departure,the paper discusses the defects of China’s macro-economic policies with respect to promoting employment according to the results of two rounds of implementation of positive financial policies in 1998 and 2008.The paper holds that China is a country with rich human resources.While making macro-economic policies to increase economic development the government should take effective measures to create more employment opportunities. The Development Route of Marxism in China Characterized by the Time DING Xiao-qiang 2010, (12):  50-54.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (1061KB) ( )   The universal significance of 30 years’ of socialism characteristic of the Chinese style since the implementation of reform and open-up policies becomes more and more prominent.Based on this practice,the fourth plenary meeting of the 17th CPC Congress proposed for the first time the proposition of promoting the development of Marxism in China characterized by the time.This is the mission of the Chinese Communists in the new historical situation.For a long time,the basic task of the theoretical innovation for the Communist Party of China has been promotion of localization of Marxism in China.It is based on this task that a higher requirement is built up,that is,the mission of developing Marxism characterized by the time.This is a more demanding task,and a greater one,too.The author maintains that this proposition signals the arrival of a new phase of the practice and theoretical innovation of socialism characteristic of the Chinese style.Therefore,the Communist Party of China should make more efforts in theoretical innovation not only to solve problems arisen in the Chinese practice,but also to respond to the universal problems of the fate of mankind as well as the development of world history. The Political Science of Seeking Common Ground for Coexistence and Struggling for Solidarity——On the Political Recognition and Political Choice of CPC around the Wayaobao Conference WANG Xu-tian 2010, (12):  63-71.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (2114KB) ( )   Two years around the Wayaobao Conference,the Chinese Communist Party had undergone a transformation of shifting the focus from identification of differences to seeking common ground for coexistence,and from a political science of struggle to a political science of solidarity.Identification of differences is the logical starting point for the transformation of political recognition,seeking common ground for coexistence is the goal of political choice,while struggle for solidarity is the parallel political strategy to ensure all this.Thus,the political science of struggle and the political science of solidarity composed the two supporting strategies and two interactional mechanisms of the revolution of CPC.Comparatively speaking,the political science of solidarity is of more significance for China which is a multi-nation big power and a super society with significant differences.The solidarity of all the national groups,the whole country and the society is unquestionably the most important political science.And a harmonious political science reflects the new development of the political science of solidarity.
