    Abstract ( )   PDF (752KB) ( )
This article holds that China has entered a period of accelerated overall transition in social structure. The mode of development during this period should be one of dynamic stability. The political intension of this mode could be described as one that maintains central authority and at the same time encourages innovation. Obviously pursue of stability should not be used as an excuse against reform, for a certain degree of instability might bring about positive effect. In practice, the Chinese Communist Party has successfully handled stability in the transitional period by selecting the right point of departure and maintaining a steady pace of development.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (728KB) ( )
Internationalization of the industrial capital for production is realized through internationalization of management in enterprises. As internationalization of management is dynamic in nature, direct investment has become one of the major driving forces in the course of globalization of world economy. The scale of production tends to become larger and larger with the 2nd and 3rd industries achieving the highest degree of internationalization. The process of internationalization is not balanced, though. Apparently, the pace of development among developed countries is very much quickened.

New Development of International Coalition the Socialist Camp since 1990s
    Chen Lin, Sui Dongchen
    1999, (2):  66-71.  DOI:
    Abstract ( )   PDF (653KB) ( )
There is evidence that since 1990s the trend of international coalition within the socialist camp has been unusually active. This trend is made evident through internal cooperation by means of world organizations, including the "left-wing" coalition in the form of academic cooperation. It is developing in various forms. There are allies, exchange of ideas, and coordination in dealing with specific issues. With this trend traditional hostility among different schools of socialism is being eliminated. All parties involved get calmed down, adopting more objective and more tolerant attitudes towards each other. This is a remarkable trend since the disintegration of socialist movement in East Europe early in this century that has brought about turmoil, dissociation and reorganization.
