Abstract: Development economics focuses on the economic development of developing countries. Since the reform and opening up, the discipline of China development economics has been committed to creating the theoretical system of China development economics on the basis of introducing western development economics, and combining with the economic development practice of developing countries and the experience of China's rapid economic development. The necessity of the construction and development of China development economics discipline in the new era is reflected in: development economics is an important part of the discipline system of theoretical economics; the traditional western development economics theory has great limitations; the creation of China development economics is the objective requirement of the new era; and China's economic and social development urgently needs the highlevel talents of development economics discipline. In order to promote the construction and development of the discipline of China development economics in the new era, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: add development economics as a secondary discipline of theoretical economics in China's subject catalogue; refine and upgrade the great practice of China's economic transformation and development into the international mainstream development economics theory; strengthen the research on development microeconomics and randomized field experiment methods; and attach importance to the study of national economy and regional economy of developing countries.

摘要： 发展经济学以发展中国家经济发展为研究对象。自改革开放以来,中国发展经济学学科在引进、介绍西方发展经济学的基础上，结合发展中国家经济发展实践和中国经济快速发展的经验，致力于创立中国发展经济学学科的理论体系。新时代中国发展经济学学科建设与发展的必要性体现在：发展经济学是理论经济学学科体系的重要组成部分；传统的西方发展经济学理论具有很大的局限性；创立中国发展经济学是新时代的客观要求；中国经济社会发展急需发展经济学学科高层次专门人才。为了促进新时代中国发展经济学学科的建设与发展，本文提出以下对策建议：在我国学科目录内增设发展经济学为理论经济学二级学科；着力把中国经济转型发展的伟大实践提炼升华为国际主流发展经济学理论；加强对微观发展经济学和随机实地实验方法的研究；重视对发展中国家国别经济和区域经济的研究。
