Abstract: The essence of value determines that the human needs is the most fundamental value of the evaluation criteriaThere may exist the contradiction and the conflict between the multi-dimensional needsTo carry out scientific evaluation, we should correctly handle the relationship between individual standard and social standard, historical standard and moral standard, motivation standard and effect standardWe must recognize the unique needs of individual and the individual standard cannot be replaced, as well as grasping the object of evaluation of social value and social standardWe must stick to the priority of historical standard,grasp the independent value of the moral standardWe must oppose the simple theory of motive and effect, adhere to connect the motivation with the effect and check the effect on practice through motivation

摘要： 价值的本质决定了人的需要，这是最根本的价值评价标准，多维的需要之间可能存在着矛盾和冲突。要进行科学评价，就要正确处理好个体标准与社会标准、历史标准与道德标准、动机标准与效果标准的关系。既要承认个人需要的独特性与它作为个体标准的不可取代性，又要把握评价客体社会价值的社会标准。坚持历史标准优先的同时，把握道德标准的独立价值和不可替代性。反对单纯的动机论和效果论，坚持联系动机看效果，透过效果看动机的实践论。
