Marxist classical writers have analyzed and criticized Russian populism. Chinese scholars have also discussed the issue of populism. In todays world, populism has witnessed a rising trend in reality. Marx begun to pay attention to this incident since the period of “Rheinische Zeitung”, when the transformation of his thought primitively took place. The French Revolutions shortterm intent and longterm goals was then clarified based on the distinction between political emancipation and human emancipation in the contribution to the critique of Hegels Philosophy of Law and On the Jewish Question. Soon afterwards, with criticizing the speculative philosophy of the youth Hegelian school, Marx illuminated the times, activities and ethnos characteristics of the Revolution in The Holy Family, where he went into the details of the history to explore the inconstant personages, twists and turns and the reasons for the evolution.The discussion all above eventually led to the maturity and further development of Marxs theoretical research. As a social custom, culture affects the success or failure of the macro level peace process through the micro level of interaction. Ignoring the role of any level of culture is both superficial and dangerous for resolving conflicts and building peace in vulnerable countries. A Political Economic Analysis of Commercialization of Chinese Migrant Workers Zhou Zhen, Wang Sheng-sheng 2017, 51 (11):  38-44.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (5221KB) ( )   In Das Kapital, the labor force becoming commodity is the premise of transformation of currency into capital, The theory of labor commodity constitutes the theoretical premise of the analysis in capitalist mode of production and production relations. Based on Marxs labor commodity, Bolanni, Leibovich and other scholars have researched and analysed the commercial and semi commercial process of labor force. Analyzing the problem of Chinese migrant workers based on this theoretical framework, we can see that the migrant workers under the semicommercialization condition were adapted to the specific configuration of accumulation of capital in the industry and space. The migrant workers problem is the external form of inner contradictions during this process. To solve the problem of migrant workers, we need not only optimize the industrial and spatial allocation of capital accumulation, but also need to make system innovation coordinate the relationship between capital and labor. To seek ways to scientific research, based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the conflict and fusion, this thesis puts forward the research methods with Marxist doctrine as the fundamental way, and absorbs the quantitative and qualitative research methods as the basic path to construct the system of Chinese ethnic political science research method. Technological innovations aimed at addressing environmental problems are not entirely effective. All this makes the “green capitalism” thought in fact a selfcontradictory situation. Social norms are not only a guide to human social life, but also a kind of prevention and prohibition. Social norms are the guide for people to be good, but more importantly they are to prevent and prohibit people from evil. Preventing and punishing evil deeds is the main value orientation and value of the formation and existence of social norms. Social norms are usually the coordination and scales that measure peoples behavior reasonably, but it itself has a problem of being reasonable or not. Recessive Network Self Organization: Organizational State and Governance Dilemma in Internet Collective Action#br# Chen Chuan 2017, 51 (11):  104-109.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (4570KB) ( )   In the traditional cognition, Chinese society is a society lacking social organization. But in the Internet era, social organization has changed. This paper focuses on the organization form of internet collective action, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that there exists the form of “recessive network selforganization” in network collective action. Influenced by the speed and time change in the network society, the implicit network selforganization presents a recessive state before the specific event is stimulated. Stimulated by specific events, the formation of network selforganization is a rapid and structured process, and instantly plays the function of traditional organization. The existence of recessive network selforganization, blurring the boundaries between individuals and organizations in the traditional sense, is the difficult point and focus of the governance of the national network society.
