Beyond “Group Enjoyment” and “Private Enjoyment”:Marx’s Communion Thought and Its Contemporary Value Liu Yang 2017, 51 (7):  5-14.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (7040KB) ( )   The way of enjoying the fruits of social development is a new and eternal problem. In the history of mankind there are generally two ways of “group enjoyment” and “private enjoyment”. The capitalist society in which Marx lived implemented the “private enjoyment” of the development fruits. The fruits of social development were privately enjoyed through “fair and justice”. But Marx perceived the hypocrisy and Ideological attribute of the “private enjoyment” of capitalism, and made a comprehensive critique of the facts of alienated labor. The purpose of criticizing “private enjoyment” is not to return to the “group enjoyment”, instead, Marx proposed the Communion of development fruits based on the communist society, which demands that all members of society share the social products on the basis of the means of production, the individual ownership of the society and the production of joint labor through the distribution according to work and the distribution according to needs. In the practice of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, understanding and grasping Marx’s communion thought lies in transforming his theoretical views into practical strategies and policies for the distribution system and the development of productive forces. On the Principle of Community of Cohen: Questioning and Expounding#br# Liu Jing-lu 2017, 51 (7):  15-23.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (5973KB) ( )   When Cohen proposed and demonstrated the principle of community, there were factually some important aspects that he did not say. This paper will put forward the questions toward these aspects, and gives them a clear elucidation and answer. For the question that why the principle of community is one important principle of socialism, the paper proves it mainly from theoretical proof and practical verification, and indicate that Cohen is not sensitive enough toward today’s socialist reality. For the question of the relationship between the principles of community and radical equality, their relation is that of basic, advanced principle and primary, regulating principle, and the implementation of them is interdependent, interactive process, and only by this way can a complete socialist society be formed. For the question that whether the view of the community principle being opposed to the market principle can be tenable, and whether the two principles can be correctly combined, this article suggests that the practical process of them will indeed trigger certain opposition, but the opposition is one of different value orientations between the fundamental level and the specific level of economic life, and at the same time, under the requirements of the community principle, people can also establish a reasonable way to implement the two principles. Finally, the paper points out that the principle of community and the sharing idea of development which our country is carrying out, are common in essence, and, both of them belongs to the proper meaning of socialism. The development trend of financialization, marketization and securitization has become more and more obvious in China’s financial structure. China’s financial regulatory reform should not only pay attention to the changes in the form of risk from the bankled regulatory to the marketled financial regulatory system, but also to meet the trend of financial marketization to actively promote the development of capital markets, while establishing the concept that financial institutions and financial market transparency both matters. The construction of national defense industry in New China has profoundly affected the formation of the independent industrial system. The deep layout of the national defense industry is conducive to the balanced development of the regional economy. In the new century, the national defense industry and civil industry will change from system to system combination to the system integration. At present under the impetus of structural reform in the supply side, we should accelerate the development of civil and military integration, and strengthen the pulling role of the national defense industry in upgrading the industrial structure. However, reference and utilization are not equal to copying indiscriminately. As the value of utilization can not be added, the productivity of different products can not be added either. Marx’s concept of social productive labor has no clear mathematical expression. Based on the rational component of Pareto efficiency in neoclassical economics, this paper tries to establish Marxist social labor productivity function. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the basic nature and theoretical advantages of the social labor productivity function from the perspective of neoclassical efficiency theory. The improvement of China’s participation in international affairs and the ability to shape the international system are the inevitable trend, because of the growth of China’s national strength and the needs of protecting China’s national interests, especially China’s overseas interests. China is one of the most important countries in the Asiapacific region. The relationship between China and its neighboring countries could be called one with all prospering or declining as one. In order to ensure the development of China and its neighboring countries, the protection of China’s overseas interests needs to be strengthened. The paper focuses on three parts：the currency of China’s overseas interests in the Asiapacific region; China’s specific measures to protect overseas interests under the framework of APEC; And how to safeguard China’s growing overseas interests under the framework of APEC. The object orientation of Ideological and Political Education is not only the educated, but,according to the different understandings of Ideological and Political Education, the form of the object is also different. The subject and object of Ideological and Political Education are dynamic.Under certain conditions, they can be transformed into each other. As the subject and object of Ideological and Political Education take on various forms, there are more than one kind of relationship between subject & object of Ideological and Political Education. There are at least four kinds of relationship between the subject & object of Ideological and Political Education.Therefore, the relationship between practice and cognition, value and aesthetics form the subject & object relation system of Ideological and Political Education.
