Socialism is the historical choice of the people in some countries based on their national conditions. This choice has aninevitable historical and logical premise, which is the industrialization. The premise of industrialization is the primitive accumulation of capital. The primitive accumulation of capitalism is the plunder while the primitive accumulation of socialism is economy. It is on this premise that some countries, through the socialist transformation, formed the traditional socialism with the planned economy political authority as the characteristics. And then, in order to develop the productive forces of industrialization, the socialist country has formed a modern socialism characterized by market economy and democratic politics. The socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only unique, but also universal. It is not only the primary stage of socialism, but also the transition from the traditional socialism to modern socialism.
