The Starting Point and Prospect of Chinas Agricultural Reform and Development in the Thirteenth Fiveyear Plan Zhong Zhen, Kong Xiang-zhi 2016, 50 (2):  5-13.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (6389KB) ( )   Since the Twelfth FiveYear Plan which began in 2011,Chinas grain production has witnessed harvest in successive years, farmers income has grown rapidly and agricultural modernization process continues to accelerate. These achievements are mainly due to the reform and innovation in the system, as well as the sustained financial support. There are five effective policies in Chinese agriculture: the cultivation and expansion of new agricultural management, the construction of new agricultural social service system, the promotion of land transfer, the improvement of financial measures and the comprehensive promotion of the new round of agricultural structure adjustment. To construct a new national food safety system China should promote the reform of the rural collective property rights system, coordinate the development of urban and rural integration and promote the continuous income increase of farmers. Because of the limitation of the traditional relationship between the subject and the object, especially because of the rigid understanding of the concept of the object, there is no place to settle the initiative of the educated. Therefore, we have to prove that the educated is the subject and derived the initiative from the concept of the subject. These efforts are of positive significance, but this does not exclude the necessity of the educated as the object. It is both the sublation and transcendence of the western humanism,and it has been enriched and developed in practice.Due to the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education, human development is the core index. Then, whether it can help promote the development of human beings has become an internal yardstick of judging the rationality of the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education.Therefore, we must put the “peopleoriented” principle as the premise of establishing the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education,starting from the standpoint of Marxist human theory.We must take real people as the logical starting point to optimizing the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education.And finally,we must take human development as the foothold of building a dynamic and harmonious relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education from the needs of the people. Rethinking of the Secret of Capital Revealed by Marx Zhang Ding-xin 2016, 50 (2):  38-45.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (5398KB) ( )   On the issue of capital secret Marx started from the “absolute form” of capital profit and owed the social civilization as a whole to the surplus value and its accumulation created by the working class. We should not simply describe the secret of “making money” of capital as capital is equal to exploitation. Instead we should interpret it as follows: the capital in the “absolute surplus value production” not only occupies the new value of abstract labor, but also directly occupies the specific labor of an individual worker brought about by the dual economic benefits in the labor process. Capital in the “relative surplus value production” does not directly occupy the surplus value of the individual labor, but occupies the surplus value created by “the combination of labor”, as well as the surplus value brought about by the scientific power and production process of salary earners. On Lukacss Theory of Reproduction in the Period of the Monopoly Capitalism Hu Xin-wen 2016, 50 (2):  46-51.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (4145KB) ( )   Lukacs in his later years extended Marxs “reproduction” concept from the field of material production to the field of material consumption. He pointed out that reproduction on the one hand as the dynamic of social development, on the other hand it penetrate the pursuit of the purpose of capital proliferation into the daily life through the way of social production. This has resulted in the phenomenon of alienation of the individual pursuit of “consumption of reputation”. Taking the purpose of personal value as the goal， Lukacs tried to regulate personal behavior, improve the personality of the people and eliminate consumption alienation through the construction of ethical relations. Lukacs also tried to lead the individual change from the free existence to the self existence, reconstruct the world of daily life on the principle of conformity to aim and promote social reproduction in a reasonable direction. The Research Route of Chinese Grass Roots Autonomy Li Long 2016, 50 (2):  69-75.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (4828KB) ( )   There are three main research routes in the research of grass roots autonomy in China, which are the route of social spontaneous research, the route of state construction research and the route of the grass roots governance research. The social spontaneous research route is on the basis of spontaneous order theory of social centralism while the grass roots autonomy should be based on the withdrawal of state power and the expansion of social rights. The state construction research route is based on the state construction theory of the national centralism, and it holds that the development of the grass roots autonomy in the future must have the participation of state power. The research route of grass roots governance is the application of governance theory. The research route of grass roots governance is guided by governance performance and is in fact a systematic project which is dominated by the state as well as participated by the society. Compared to other popular social science theories, his reflective sociology is tinted with obvious characteristics of the eclecticism. He proposed theoretical concept such as “habit”, “capital”, “field”, “symbolic power”, “cultural production” and “segment” and strived to find a middle way between materialism and idealism. This road is the model of relationship understanding of social practice. The Three Fields of Capitalist Power Control and Its Transformation in Western Marxist Social Critical Theory Yan Fang-jie 2016, 50 (2):  84-89.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (4223KB) ( )   In Western Marxists’ view, the control logic of capitalism continues to strengthen in a different way from the tradition. Production process, daily life, unconscious, constitute the three majorfields where capitalism power operates. In the first field, the way to implement power is “rationalization of production organization”, and the tool is “materialization consciousness”. In the second field, the way to implement power is“consumption controlling”, and the tools are “false demand”, “mass media” and “symbol system”. In the third field, the way to implement power is to eliminating the meaning, the tools are “seduce”, “nothingness” and“spectacle”. The three fields appear before and after, but they don’t substitute for oneanother. The three fields opened the new research paradigm of capitalist micropolitical philosophy.
