The Ecological Logic of Capital ZHANG Qin-Yue, MA Yan, LIU Cheng-Jie 2014, 48 (8):  15-22.  DOI: Abstract ( )   PDF (5685KB) ( )   This paper tries to clarity the paradox of capital ecological logic under the conditions of market economy The profitdriven nature of capital on the one hand helps to increase the using value of ecological system, so as to realize the benign interaction between capital and ecological system On the other hand, unconstrained capital scale will go beyond the ecological boundary, resulting in the vicious spiral of capital and ecological system The key to solving the problem is to carry out institutional changes to form a value theory of ecosystem based on Marxist labor theory of value, which can constrain the profitdriven nature of capital Then we should make full use of market mechanisms to promote the constrained capital play its role in expanding ecological boundaries, so as to achieve a benign interaction between capital and ecosystem The socialist China has both the advantages and challenges in implementing the relevant reforms   Related Articles | Metrics
