    HAN Xiao-qian
    2010, (8):  81-86.  DOI:
    Abstract ( )   PDF (1256KB) ( )
A new approach to examining the difficulties and breakthroughs of the reform on theoretical courses of ideology and politics in order to improve their effectiveness is to refer to the ideas of education of life.Education of life and education of ideology and politics have in essence identical objectives, namely, perfection and development of individuals. There is overlapping in their contents with inherent tension, for example,in sensibility and rationality, practical life and Abstract theory, reality and belief. Thus, life education may assist ideological and political education with rich and lively individual cases to help achieve the objective of whole person development. To be more specific, the ideas of life education may be applied to course design and contribute to transformation of theoretical logic to life logic. These ideas may also enrich the contents of ideological and political courses with remarkable connotation of humanities.
