Abstract: The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is not only an important theoretical document with rich connotation, rigorous logic, and systematically integration for adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times, but also a scientific program of action for writing a new chapter in pursuing the Chinese path to modernization. As an important text and discourse that inspires the world to understand China, the report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC offers a vivid description of the construction of the Chinese path to modernization and presents the grand strategic goals of the CPC to the world using a fresh and simple expression. Discourse is the carrier of theory. The report is a scientific theoretical discourse composed of a series of new concepts and expressions with strong vibe of the times, and a discourse innovation and theoretical creation of exemplary significance for adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times. Promoting the construction of the scientific, national and contemporary discourse system is an important mission of the Partys theoretical discourse innovation, which should be continuously promoted in academic research and dissemination practice.

摘要： 党的二十大报告既是一部内涵丰富、逻辑缜密、系统完整的马克思主义中国化时代化重要理论文献，又是一部续写中国式现代化建设新篇章的科学行动纲领。党的二十大报告作为让世界读懂中国的重要文本和话语呈现，其话语表达清新质朴，用鲜活话语生动讲述中国式现代化建设故事，向世界展示了中国共产党宏伟战略目标。话语是理论的载体，报告是由具有系列浓厚时代气息的新概念新语汇构成的科学理论话语，是马克思主义中国化时代化极具典范意义的话语创新和理论创造。推进科学性、民族性和时代性话语体系塑造，是党的理论话语创新的重要使命，应在学理研究和传播实践中不断推进。
