Abstract: The global financial crisis originated in the 2008 US sub-prime mortgage crisis and extended to the 2010 European debt crisis, makes the world economy suffer the most serious recession since “Great Depression” in 1930sThe crises has also given rise to the theoretical calls of the reflection of the mainstream economics paradigm crisis as well as the returning of KeynesianIn the current background of economic and theoretical crisis, this paper gives full range of interpretation on Keyness “hardcore” and “protective belt”as well as its modification in the process of the development of economic thoughts, so as to explore the connotation and significance of the return of Keynesian in the construction of Chinas socialist market economy and theoretical innovation

摘要： 源起于2008年美国次贷危机并延伸至2010年欧债危机的全球金融危机，正在使世界经济经历着自20世纪30年代“大萧条”以来最严重的经济衰退，同时也带来主流经济学范式危机的反思和凯恩斯主义回归的理论呼声。在当前经济危机与理论危机的双重背景下，基于科学哲学中拉卡托斯“科学研究纲领”这一新的研究视角，对凯恩斯主义作为一个进步的研究纲领之“硬核”与“保护带”及其在经济思想发展进程中的不断修改与完善进行全方位解读，以期在我国社会主义市场经济建设和经济学理论创新中重新探讨回归凯恩斯主义的内涵与意义。
