Abstract: With the traditional analysis method which takes the leading role as the standard to review the relationship between government and enterprises, the answer is simple and clearBut its easy to overlook the influence of the the internal structures of the government and enterprises upon the relationship of the twoTaking Japan as a case, this paper, summarizing the traditional research of the relationship between Japanese government and enterprises and starting from the Japanese government “teacherstudent relationship”metaphor, put forward the structure analysis theory on the relationship between government and enterpriseThis structure analysis focuses on both the domination problems in the relationship between government and enterprises and the analysis of the impact of internal structure of the government and enterprises on the relationship between the two

摘要: 本文认为,传统分析方法以谁来发挥主导性作用为标准,整体考察政企关系,答案简单明了,但却容易忽视政府和企业内部结构对二者关系的影响。本文以日本为案例,在总结传统日本政企关系研究的基础上,从日本政企“师生关系论”的比喻出发,提出政企关系结构分析理论。这种结构分析既关注政企关系中政府和企业谁主导的问题,又注重分析政府和业界各自内部结构对二者关系的影响。
