摘要： 本文认为，传统分析方法以谁来发挥主导性作用为标准，整体考察政企关系，答案简单明了，但却容易忽视政府和企业内部结构对二者关系的影响。本文以日本为案例，在总结传统日本政企关系研究的基础上，从日本政企“师生关系论”的比喻出发，提出政企关系结构分析理论。这种结构分析既关注政企关系中政府和企业谁主导的问题，又注重分析政府和业界各自内部结构对二者关系的影响。
