Abstract: The thought of Xi Jinping in his series important speech on the ideological and political education has important guiding significance and provided a new starting point for the formation and development of ideological and political educationThe “Two Consolidation” thought reveals the subject characteristics and subject orientation relationship between Marxs theory of subject with the ideological and political educationThe “Enhance of the National Spirit” thought has put forward new goals and new pattern of subject constructionThe thought of “Inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture and traditional virtue” put forward that the ideological and political education should demonstrate the genes and traits of requirements in subjects with Chinese characteristicThe way of “Internalized in heart and practice in action” requires that the ideological and political education must enhance the “power consciousness” and strengthen the science, pertinence and effectiveness in subject construction

摘要： 党的十八大以来习近平系列重要讲话中阐发的思想政治教育思想，对形成思想政治教育发展新起点、走向思想政治教育学科建设新境界，有着重要的指导意义。“两个巩固”的思想，揭示了马克思主义理论学科同其所属的思想政治教育二级学科之间学科特色和学科定位的关系；“增强国家精神力量”的思想，提出了学科建设的新目标和新格局；培育、践行和遵循“明大德、守公德、严私德”的思想，提出了思想政治教育要承担起“明大德”及其与“守公德”、“严私德”整体并进的理论研究和实践引导的学科责任；“继承和发扬中华优秀传统文化和传统美德”的思想，提出了思想政治教育要显现中国特色的学科基因和特质的要求；“内化于心，外化于行”的方法，提出了思想政治教育要增强“本领意识”，加强学科建设科学性、针对性和实效性的要求。
