Abstract: The paper starts with a summary of the great achievements of New China’s diplomacy in the past 60 years.The author points out that these achievements have been made mainly in the areas of securing the national state’s interest,promoting peace,development and cooperation in the world,and extending links with the world.The paper then discusses the dilemma China faces in a series of issues areas in the process of transition.At the end of the paper,reflections on some key issues concerning Chinese diplomacy are offered.

摘要： 本文首先总结了60年新中国外交取得的辉煌成就,具体体现在维护中国国家利益,促进世界的和平、发展与合作事业,拓宽世界与中国人民的联系;然后对当前转型中的中国外交在一系列问题领域面临的两难困境进行了分析;论文最后对中国外交几个核心议题进行了反思。
