Abstract: While discussing the connotation of "the Chinese model",it is important not to neglect the factor of Chinese diplomacy.As the foreign policy of independence and peace have always been the standpoint of new China in diplomatic affairs,analysis of the independent and peaceful diplomatic policies is a key to understanding the secret of new China’s diplomacy.The author holds that independence in foreign affairs conform to the basic principles of Marxism and have contributed to the achievements China has accomplished in handling domestic and foreign affairs in at least six areas.They are also in line with the strategic construction tasks of the country,and meet the basic conditions of fostering our national spirit.

摘要： 当前关于"中国模式"内涵的讨论,不能忽视其中新中国外交的元素。由于独立自主是新中国对外交问题的一贯立场,因此剖析独立自主和平外交政策,就成为洞悉新中国外交秘密的一把钥匙。独立自主符合马克思主义的基本原则;其对于新中国内政外交至少有6个方面的成就;符合中国国家认同建设的战略任务;适应中国民族精神培育的基础国情。
