Abstract: Profound changes have taken place in the field of international relations in terms of international setup,international order and international system.An exploration of the situation from the perspective of international setup may reveal the rich connotation of Chinese diplomacy,which has undergone tremendous changes in the past 60 years.The 60 years have witnessed the process during which China completed her diplomatic transition from carrying out a policy of one-sidedness to the principle of independence,and to the practice of exerting global influence.The paper maintains that changes in the international setup has been a major drive for this transition.Deep changes in the international order and international system have also contributed to the continuous transition of Chinese diplomacy.

摘要： 当前国际关系在国际格局、国际秩序和国际体系三个层面上都发生了深刻的变化。以国际格局为视角,可以发现中国外交更为丰富的内涵。60年来,中国外交实现了从"一边倒"到独立自主、发挥全球影响力的巨大转变。在这一转变过程中,国际格局的变化是一个重要的推动因素,国际秩序和国际体系所发生的深层变化也促成了中国外交的不断转型。
