Abstract: The cooperative form of domestic-international politics contributes to Chinese foreign relations extension in international society.This essay differentiates three categories of domestic-international politics interaction,that is independence,interdependence,and integration,and discusses China’s evolving relaionship with international society since 1949 under this framework.It concludes that better cooperation between domestic and international politics facilitate domestic progress and foreign extension,and suggests that China should learn to introduce its domestic successful developmmental experience to international area in case of enhancing doemstic-international politics cooperation.

摘要： 国内政治—国际政治的合作状态为中国对外关系展开提供了良好的基础。作者区分了国内政治—国际政治互动的三种状态,即相互独立、相互依赖和一体化,并在这三种状态对照下概述了新中国成立以来中国与国际社会的关系,指出改革开放以来中国国内政治与国际政治之间出现越来越高水平的合作,促进了国内进步和对外关系的展开。作者还指出,在未来一段时间,中国在巩固、强化国内政治—国际政治合作的同时,需要逐步将中国处理内外政治的经验转化为国际社会议程。
