摘要: 拉美及加勒比地区的劳动关系有着显著的地区特色,其变迁过程凸显出政治和经济因素在劳动关系模式形成和发展中的重要作用。拉美地区在劳动关系变革领域积累起大量的文献与实践经验,对探讨其他国家劳动关系的转型及政策选择有着重要的借鉴意义。本文综合大量文献将拉美及加勒比地区的劳动关系转型划分为三个阶段,其中着重介绍了多种劳动关系模式并存的第二阶段,并对第三阶段劳动关系模式的转型局限进行了分析,以期为我国和其他国家的现实问题提供有益的参考。

Abstract: The evolution of labor relations systems throughout Latin America and the Caribbean region has a distinctly regional feature,which was consistent with neoliberal economic reforms and democratization.Latin America and the Caribbean region have over the years accumulated plenty of literature and practical experiences,which carry important implications for China.This essay,in describing the development of labor relations in Latin America and the Caribbean region,divides the process into three phases,with its main focus on the second phase characterized by the coexistence of various labor relations modes.It also discusses the limitations of the thirdphase development of labor relations,suggesting that China should address this problem by learning from Latin America and the Caribbean countiress practices.
