制度化的“身份”：初心与使命对中国共产党人身份的内在规定

摘要： 初心与使命内在塑造着中国共产党人的一种制度化身份，即成为人民幸福与民族复兴的担纲者与引领者。之所以这是一种制度化了的身份，是因为其嵌入了历史发展的必然性逻辑、理想信念的内生性逻辑以及当代中国实践的目的性逻辑。在新时代，初心与使命衍生出的制度化身份具有三重规定性，一是要成就社会主义条件下人的美好生活，二是要深入推进中华文明在21世纪的复兴，三是要在“世界历史”的演进历程中不断造福于世界。巩固这一制度化身份，有赖于各种制度安排与作为主轴制度的“不忘初心、牢记使命制度”的互动与互促，特别是有赖于通过这一制度化身份的承载者——共产党员——内化到精神世界并外化到制度实践中，生成一种常态化、规范性的制度效应。

Abstract: The original intention and mission internally shape an institutionalized identity of the Chinese Communists, that is, to be the leader of people's happiness and national rejuvenation. This is an institutionalized identity, which embeds the inevitability logic of historical development, the endogenous logic of ideals and beliefs, and the purpose logic of contemporary Chinese practice. In the new era, the institutionalized identity derived from the original aspiration and mission has a threefold stipulation: one is to achieve a better life for people under socialist conditions; the other is to promote the revival of Chinese civilization in the 21st century; The evolution of “history” continues to benefit the world. To consolidate this institutionalized identity requires the interaction and mutual promotion of various institutional arrangements and the “not forgetting the original intention and keeping in mind the mission system” as the main system, especially relying on the carrier of this institutionalized identity, the Communist Party members, generate a normalized and standardized institutional effect from the spiritual world to institutional practice.
