摘要： 中国共产党党内“协商式选举”实质上是把党内选举与党内协商有机结合起来，实现两者的契合与优化，以推进党内民主健康、有序地发展。党内“协商式选举”在推进过程中注重“横向”与“纵向”的结合、决策过程与结果的统一；同时注重矫正各种价值偏好，诉诸广泛民意，为票决提供充分的理性。党内“协商式选举”始终坚持在党内法规下，以充分的竞争性作为存在与发展的关键，在运作过程中依托各种党内制度平台，促进党员政治参与的有效性和有序性，达成党内共识，增强党内和谐。

Abstract: “Consultative Election” is the essence of combining innerparty election and the consultation organically in CPC, to realize the optimization and fitness between the two. In the process of advancing “Consultative Election” we should focus on the combination of “horizontal” and “vertical” means; respect the extensive public opinions and provide sufficient rations for voting. The “Consultative Election” should always abide by the innerparty laws, and take the full competition as the key of its existence and development, as well as promoting the effective and orderly political participation of the party members in order to reach consensus and enhance the harmony within the party.
