Abstract: Offensive Realism is a new realist school which has sharply risen in the United States. This article introduces the theory frame and its main viewpoints, and makes some comments on it; meanwhile it criticizes the outlooks of China Threat presented in this theory. Though Offensive Realism has some practical meanings, most of its outlooks are relatively radical, especially the predication about China’s future, something like deliberately exaggeration.
