摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着科技创新在经济增长和社会进步中的权重日益增大,综合国力的竞争主要表现为科技创新能力的竞争;我们长期沿用的苏联模式不能适应世界科技—经济新形势的变化;科技创新作为现代经济社会的一个内生变量,只有在合适的体制中才能产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益,即实现其社会化"。

Abstract: With the increasing importance of innovation in science and technology in economic growth, it has become the major area of global economic competition. Tremendous changes in the world pattern of economic growth made the economic model we adopted from Soviet Union out of date and no longer suitable in the new world situation. Innovation in science and technology then, the author points out, is a new parameter in modern world economy. But it can bring about great economic profit and social effect only in suitable system. Therefore, promotion of socialization of innovation in science and technology becomes an urgent issue.
