    Relationship between Enterprise and Market and Its Progress in Recent Years

    The author holds that the relationship between enterprise and market is one of co-existence and mutual replacement. Under circumstances of new economy, an enterprise can annex another and get reorganized, performing the function of the market; On the other hand, activities within an enterprise can become externalized, resulting in the market performing the function of the enterprise instead.

    An enterprise is an open system consists of processe governed by interests of its component parts. The immediate basis of the value of an enterprise, therefore, lies in the process that composes the enterprise. It is for the purpose of mastering regulations of changes that govern market value of the enterprise that studies of enterprise value are attempted.

    Comment on Theory of Offensive Realism

    Offensive Realism is a new realist school which has sharply risen in the United States. This article introduces the theory frame and its main viewpoints, and makes some comments on it; meanwhile it criticizes the outlooks of China Threat presented in this theory. Though Offensive Realism has some practical meanings, most of its outlooks are relatively radical, especially the predication about China’s future, something like deliberately exaggeration.
