Abstract: Further comprehensively deepening reform with a focus on the Chinese path to modernization is a strategic plan outlined at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Further comprehensively deepening reform is a complex systematic project related to the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation, which requires indepth interpretation from the perspective of philosophical worldview and methodology. Applying the basic principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, we should conduct philosophical reflections from the perspective of the combination of ontology, epistemology, axiology and methodology on major issues such as what is further comprehensively deepening reform, why we should further comprehensively deepen reform, how to view the development of the understanding of further comprehensively deepening reform, and how to further comprehensively deepen reform, in order to deeply understand the internal basis, innovative logic, value connotation and methodological characteristics of further comprehensively deepening reform. This will help us fully and accurately understand Xi Jinpings new thoughts, viewpoints, and assessments on comprehensively deepening reform, better grasp the essence and laws of reform in the new era and new journey, and enhance the initiative and creativity of reform.

摘要： 紧紧围绕中国式现代化进一步全面深化改革，是党的二十届三中全会作出的战略部署。进一步全面深化改革是关系强国建设、民族复兴伟业的复杂的系统工程，需要从哲学世界观和方法论上进行深入阐释。运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义基本原理，围绕什么是进一步全面深化改革、为什么要进一步全面深化改革、如何看待进一步全面深化改革的认识发展、怎样进一步全面深化改革等重大问题，从本体论、认识论、价值论和方法论的结合上进行哲学审思，深刻领会进一步全面深化改革的内在根据、创新逻辑、价值底蕴和方法特点，有助于完整准确地领会习近平关于全面深化改革的新思想新观点新论断，更好地把握新时代新征程改革的本质和规律，增强改革的主动性和创造性。
