Abstract: A thriving culture leads to a thriving country, and a strong culture leads to a strong country. The prosperity and development of Chinese culture is an inevitable requirement for opening a new frontier in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, it is an important condition for promoting the Chinese path to modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and it is an indispensable and important part of Chinas socialist modernization. The Communist Party of China, not only a leader and practitioner of advanced culture, but also a promoter and inheritor of Chinese culture, has always attached great importance to leading the way forward with culture. On the new journey, to achieve the prosperity and development of Chinese culture, we must deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, unswervingly follow the path of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics, strive to stimulate the vitality of cultural innovation and creation of the whole nation, always adhere to the principle that cultural construction focuses on people and is based on people, carry forward the cultural heritage of the Chinese nation through creative transformation and innovative development, continuously enhance the soft power and influence of Chinese culture, and gather strong spiritual power to promote the great cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation.

摘要： 文化兴则国运兴，文化强则国运强。繁荣发展中华文化，是开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界的必然要求，是推进中国式现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要条件，是中国社会主义现代化建设不可或缺的重要内容。中国共产党历来高度重视以文化引领前进方向，既是先进文化的引领者和践行者，又是中华文化的弘扬者和传承者。新征程上，繁荣发展中华文化必须深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想，坚定不移走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，着力激发全民族文化创新创造活力，始终坚持文化建设着眼于人、落脚于人，在创造性转化和创新性发展中赓续中华文脉，不断提升国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力，为推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业凝聚强大精神力量。
