Abstract: In the interaction of global politics, economy, culture, the center position of political discourse in ideology is broken. The mainstream ideological and cultural discourse right is facing differentiation and desalination and identification crisis. To study the changes and characteristics of ideology discourse in the context of globalization, we should take Marxism as the guidance and the socialism core values as the principles to strengthen the construction of socialist discourse right. It is of important significance for us to respond effectively to the current ideology struggle, the consolidation of the Marxism guiding position in ideology and firmly grasp the discourse right of the socialist ideology.

摘要： 在全球政治、经济、文化的相互作用下，意识形态的政治话语权中心地位被打破，文化话语权彰显；主流思想文化话语权面临被分化、淡化等的处境与认同危机；作为规制个体精神生活的话语权受到生活碎片化、选择多样化，以及消费主义生活方式的挑战。考察和研究全球化场域中意识形态话语权的变化及其特点，以马克思主义为指导，以社会主义核心价值观为基本遵循，加强社会主义意识形态话语权建构，这对于我们有效应对当前意识形态领域的斗争，巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位，牢牢掌握社会主义意识形态话语权，具有十分重要的意义和作用。
