Abstract: This paper examines and analyzes three issues relevant to the prospect of security cooperation in Northeast Asia.The first issue is about the future order of Asia as the background of North-Asia security cooperation,i.e.if the general situation of the post cold-war era in Asia is marked by conflict or cooperation;The second issue concerns the necessity of establishing security cooperation in Northeast Asia,i.e.,if it is more preferable to establish security cooperation in East Asia or in Northeast Asia;The third issue has to do with the possible approaches to future cooperation in Northeast Asia and existing obstacles to that.Suggestions for future selection of the approaches are also discussed.

摘要： 本文就有关东北亚安全合作前途的三个问题进行了考察与分析。第一是考察了作为东北亚安全合作背景的亚洲的未来秩序,也就是冷战后的亚洲是冲突还是合作的问题;第二分析了我们是否有必要在东北亚构建安全合作机制,集中在是要东亚合作还是东北亚合作的问题;第三就未来东北亚合作的可能的路径选择及其存在的问题进行分析,并简单提出了未来路径选择的基本思路。
