Abstract: Since the end of the cold-war era,East Asia has experienced many kinds of non-traditional security threat,which has given rise to the development of non-traditional security cooperation.This paper explores the basic characteristics of the current non-traditional security cooperation in East Asia,analyzes major factors that restrict the cooperation.At the end of the paper the author offers a discussion on the current security cooperation mode from the perspective of three kinds of theory.

摘要： 冷战结束后东亚地区出现各种不同类型的非传统安全威胁,推动了东亚地区非传统安全合作的进展。本文考察了当前东亚非传统安全合作的基本特征,分析制约东亚非传统安全合作主要因素,最后就目前合作模式提供了三种相互竞争的理论解释视角。
