Abstract: As a signature concept in the discipline of CPC history and Party building, “selfreform” has a clear course of historical evolution. The early explorations of “selfreform” unfolded during the revolutionary struggle through initiatives such as “Reforming Our Study” and “Reform the Party”. After the founding of the Peoples Republic of China, “selfreform” was practiced through “selfcriticism” and “selfeducation”. During the reform and openingup period, “selfreform” was further deepened through “overall Party consolidation” and “exercising strict Party governance in all respects”. As socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has realized the innovative development of the concept of “selfreform”, extending it from a comprehensive deepening of reform to a realm of Party building. This has given rise to a cluster of concepts known as selfpurification, selfperfection, selfrenewal and selfprogression, endowing “selfreform” with multiple meanings: spiritual, institutional, practical, and ideological. As a signature concept, “selfreform” holds significant importance for guiding practice, shaping discourse, and advancing disciplinary development. It contributes to objectively presenting the Partys history, strengthening the overall Party leadership, and continuously promoting and enhancing the building of the governing party.

摘要： “自我革命”作为中共党史党建学的标识性概念，具有清晰的历史演进脉络，在革命斗争中以“改造我们的学习”“改造党”展开“自我革命”的早期探索，新中国成立后以“自我批评”“自我教育”之名践行“自我革命”，在改革开放中以“全面整党”“从严治党”推动“自我革命”的深化。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，以习近平同志为核心的党中央实现了对“自我革命”概念的创新发展，将其从全面深化改革领域引入到党的建设范畴，形成了“四个自我”概念集群，并赋予“自我革命”以精神、制度、实践和思想四重意涵。“自我革命”标识性概念对于实践指导、话语表述以及学科建设具有重要意义，有利于客观呈现党的历史、强化党的全面领导、不断推进和加强执政党自身建设。
