Abstract: Being responsible is a political quality that political parties, especially ruling parties, should possess in modern democratic politics. With the continuous expansion of globalization, the connotation of political party responsibility has further extended into the international arena. Against the backdrop of an increasingly prominent deficit in global governance, political parties should shoulder greater responsibility to improve global governance, and strive to become leaders in guiding the direction of global governance, cultivators of forces for global governance, and promoters of the global governance process. As a responsible major party with a 100year history, the Communist Party of China has creatively put forward a series of new concepts and initiatives on global governance. Through its active efforts, it has played an exemplary and leading role, built broad consensus, and proactively established platforms and mechanisms for exchanges and cooperation among political parties worldwide. In doing so, it has robustly fulfilled its responsibility as a political party in global governance and fully honored its solemn commitment to seeking progress for humanity and the common good for the world.

摘要： 负责任是现代民主政治下的政党尤其是执政党应当具备的政治品质。随着全球化进程的不断扩展，政党责任的内涵进一步向国际领域延伸。在全球治理赤字日益凸显的背景下，政党更应担负起完善全球治理的政党责任，努力成为全球治理方向的引领者、全球治理力量的培育者以及全球治理进程的推动者。作为负责任的百年大党，中国共产党创造性提出一系列关于全球治理的新理念和新倡议，并通过自身积极作为发挥示范引领作用、广泛凝聚共识，同时主动为世界各国政党交流与合作搭建平台机制，有力承担起了全球治理中的政党责任，充分践行了为人类谋进步、为世界谋大同的庄严承诺。
