Abstract: The construction of an independent knowledge system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building is necessary for the development of the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building and of philosophy and social sciences, the enhancement of national cultural strength and the construction of a country with a strong socialist culture, the accumulation of Chinese civilization and the development of human civilization, and the telling of Chinas stories and the spread of Chinas experience to the global community. From a macro perspective, the inner structure of the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building can be grasped in three dimensions, ie. systems for fields of study, academia, and discourse; from a micro perspective, it can be investigated from the specific issues of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building. The main features of the independent knowledge system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building are the organic unity of politics and academics, the past and the present, inheritance and innovation, and nationality and universality. In order to build an independent knowledge system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building, it is necessary to follow the standpoints, viewpoints and methods of Marxism and absorb the relevant knowledge accumulated in the history of the Party, as well as to be based on Chinas specific realities, fully explore the resources of fine traditional Chinese culture, and draw inspiration from all of human civilizations outstanding achievements. The ability to think theoretically is most important for the construction of an independent knowledge system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building.

摘要： 构建中共党史党建学自主知识体系，是中共党史党建学和哲学社会科学发展的需要，是提升国家文化实力和建设社会主义文化强国的需要，是中华文明积淀和人类文明发展的需要，也是面向国际社会讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音的需要。中共党史党建学自主知识体系的内在结构，从宏观而言，可从学科知识体系、学术知识体系、话语知识体系三个层面来把握；从微观来说，可从中共党史党建的具体问题来把握。中共党史党建学自主知识体系的主要特征，体现为政治性与学术性、历史性与时代性、继承性与创新性、民族性与世界性的有机统一。构建中共党史党建学自主知识体系，既要遵循马克思主义的立场观点方法、吸收中国共产党历史上形成的相关知识积累，又要立足中国实践、充分发掘中华优秀传统文化资源、借鉴人类优秀文明成果，理论思维能力对于中共党史党建学自主知识体系的构建至为重要。
