Abstract: One of the most important conditions for the great success of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in its centurylong struggle is that the Party, by reviewing historical experience, has fully appreciated the laws and prevailing trends of history, seized the historical initiative in the cause of the Party and the country. The CPC's three resolutions on historical issues over the past century, a vivid portrayal of the Party's appreciation of the general trend of historical laws and historical initiatives, represent the Party's deep understanding of the development laws in the cause of China's revolution, construction, reform and development in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Grasping the law of development by reviewing historical experience is the action guide of the Party. Following the historical trend and seizing historical opportunities are important conditions for the Party to take the initiatives. The great changes unseen in a century also contain great opportunities and great challenges. Whether we can uphold the core position of the Party as a whole and uphold the Central Committee's authority and its centralized, unified leadership is the foundation and key to seizing the historical initiatives. The resolution that the Party has firmly upheld Comrade Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and defined the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is one of the most important political achievements since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. To recognize the decisive significance and respect the historical choice, Party members are required to shoulder the historical responsibility.

摘要： 中国共产党在百年奋斗中之所以取得巨大成功，非常重要的一个条件，就是党善于通过总结历史经验，把握历史发展规律，掌握党和国家事业发展的历史主动。百年党史上的三个历史决议是党把握历史规律大势、掌握历史主动的鲜明写照，代表着党对中国革命、建设、改革和中国特色社会主义新时代发展规律的深刻总结。通过总结经验把握历史发展规律是党行动的先导。顺应历史潮流，抓住历史机遇，是党掌握历史主动的重要条件。百年未有之大变局，也同时蕴含着百年未有之大机遇和百年未有之大挑战，能不能维护党的核心，维护党中央权威，是我们能不能掌握历史主动权的根本和关键。“两个确立”是党的十八大以来最重要的政治成果，认识“两个确立”的决定性意义，维护历史选择，要求每一个共产党员都要担起自己的历史责任。
