Abstract: Ensuring “Two Upholds” is an important political achievement and valuable experience obtained by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with the Comrade Xi Jinping as its core in the process of exercising full and rigorous selfgovernance since 18th National Congress of the CPC. The “Two Upholds” build on the logical foundation inspired by its profound theoretical origin, solid historical foundation and firm practical basis. In theory, the “Two Upholds” are the combination of Marxist political party theory and traditional Chinese political theory. Historically speaking, they are the generalization of the experience of the CPC's Party building over the past century. In practice, they are key to uphold Party leadership and strengthen Party building in the new era.

摘要： “两个维护”是党的十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的党中央推进全面从严治党取得的重大政治成果和宝贵经验，其理论渊源、历史根基和实践依据共同构成“两个维护”的逻辑基础。就理论而言，它是马克思主义政党学说与中国传统政治理论的融合；就历史而言，它是党的百年建设史经验的提炼；就实践而言，它是新时代坚持和加强党的领导和党的建设的关键。
