Abstract: Identity involves two dimensions,ie. collective identity and values, answering the question of “who I am” and that of “what I like and dislike”,respectively.Political identity has strong political implications,consisting of national identity, ethnic identity, institutional identity, government identity, political party identity, social identity, among other things. All these elements constitute the pedigree of political identity, which is centered on national identity, and takes on a layered structure based on different intensities of political implications. Cultural identity diffuses across all the layers of political identity. Under the new circumstances that globalization is suffering major setbacks, there are both new opportunities and new challenges for sovereign states to enhance the public's political identity.

摘要： 认同可区分为集体身份和价值两个维度，分别回答“我是谁”及“我好恶什么”这两个问题。政治认同是带有政治意涵的认同现象，包括国家认同、民族认同、制度认同、政府认同、政党认同、社会认同等元素，它们共同构成政治认同的谱系。这个谱系以国家认同为核心，根据政治意涵的不同程度而呈现为一种圈层结构。文化认同弥散于各层次的政治认同之中。在全球化遭遇重大挫折的新形势下，主权国家加强公众政治认同既面临新的契机，也面临新的挑战。
