Abstract: Overthepastcentury,theCommunistPartyofChina(CPC)hasnotonlyfirmlyrooted
herselfintheprofoundhistoricalandculturaltraditionoftheChinesenation,butalsoembraced,absorbedanddigestedalltheadvancedthingsintheworld.
Standingatthepeakofhumanthoughtsand
cultures,theCPCrepresentsthedirectionofthedevelopmentofadvancedproductiveforcesandadvancedcultures.
BysinicizingMarxisttheoriesintroducedfromabroad,theCPChasestablishedthe
theoryofNewDemocracyandthetheoryofSocialismwithChineseCharacteristics;andwithherleadership,
Chinahasbeentransformedfromasemi-colonialandsemi-feudalsocietytoagreatmodernsocialistcountry.
Basedonascientificanalysisandsummarizationoftheexperienceandlessonsofother
countries’socialisteconomicconstruction,theCPChascombinedthebasicprinciplesofindependence
andself-reliancewiththedevelopmentofinternationaleconomicandtraderelationsandthestriving
forforeignaid,thusprovidingideologicalpreparationsforChina..sreform andopeningup.Inthe
processofreformandopeningup,theCPChassuccessfullymovedfromactivelydevelopingforeign
economicrelationsandtradetoconstructingChina..sopeneconomy,andfromexpandingtheflowof
goodsandfactorstoopeninguprulesandsystems,whichhassuccessfullypushedChinaintoanew
stageofcomprehensivelystartingtheconstructionofagreatmodernsocialistcountry.TheCPCtakes
notonlythegreatrejuvenationoftheChinesenation,butalsothedevelopmentandprogressofthe
wholehumansocietyashermissions,andcloselylinkstheconstructionofacommunitywithashared
futureformankindwiththeloftyidealofcommunism.

摘要： 百年来中国共产党不仅牢牢扎根中华民族深厚的历史文化传统,而且还包容、吸
收和消化世界上的一切先进事物。她站在人类思想文化的巅峰,代表先进生产力发展的方
向,代表先进文化发展的方向。她把外来的马克思主义理论中国化,创立了新民主主义理论
和中国特色社会主义理论,领导中国从半殖民地半封建社会走向社会主义现代化强国。她科
学分析和总结了别国社会主义经济建设的经验教训,把独立自主、自力更生的基本方针与发
展国际经贸关系、争取外援相结合,为中国的改革开放提供了思想准备。在改革开放大潮
中,她从积极发展对外经济贸易成功地转向建设中国的开放型经济,从不断扩大商品、要素
流动开放走向规则、制度性的开放,成功地把中国推向全面开启社会主义现代化强国建设的
新阶段。它不仅把中华民族的伟大复兴作为自己的使命,而且还把全人类社会的发展和进步
作为自己的使命,把构建人类命运共同体与共产主义远大理想紧密联系在一起。
