widespreadsympathyandsupportoftheinternationalprogressiveforcesfortheliberationstruggleof
theChinesepeople.Whenitcomestotheeraofpeacefuldevelopment,theyareusedtocomplement
theoverallstatediplomacy,andfacilitatethehistoricalprocessforthePeople..sRepublicofChinato
standrock-firminthefamilyofnations.Sincethereformandopeningup,especiallyintheneweraof
socialistconstructionwithChinesecharacteristics,theCPC..sinternationalcommunicationsandexchangeshavedisplayedpioneeringeffortsandcomprehensiveinnovation.
Theyrevealtheoutstanding
traitsandessentialattributesthattheCPCandtheChinesenationareopen-minded,thesocialismwith
Chinesecharacteristicsembracesalltheachievementsofhumancivilizations,andtheyarepartofthe
worldandinstepwiththetimes.Lotsoffulfillmentsandexperiencehavebeenachievedduringthis
process.Nowadays,inthenewsituationwiththeprofoundchangesunseeninacenturykeepingdeveloping,
theCPC..sinternationalcommunicationsnotonlyplayapositiveroleinshapingtheevolutionof
thepoliticallandscapeofpoliticalpartiesintheworld,butalsoconstituteanimportantfactorthatinfluencesthein-
depthadjustmentofinternationalrelations.

摘要： 中国共产党的对外交往,是党的自身建设和党所领导的事业的重要组成部分,始
终带有与时俱进不断创新的属性和特征。革命战争年代,其目的在于争取国际进步力量对中
国人民解放斗争的广泛同情和支持。和平建设时期,旨在配合国家整体外交,推进新中国屹
立于世界民族之林的历史进程。改革开放后,特别是中国特色社会主义建设新时期,党的对
外交往与联系锐意开拓,全面创新,在国际舞台上树立了中国共产党和中华民族开明开放、
中国特色社会主义兼收并蓄一切人类文明成果、与世界同在与时代同步的优秀品格和本质属
性,积累了许多成果和经验。如今,在世界百年未有之大变局持续发展的新形势下,中国共
产党的对外交往不仅是牵动世界政党政治格局演变的积极力量,同时也是影响国际关系深度
调整的一个重要因素。
