Abstract: Based on the common political threats and the concerns of their respective political interests, it is urgent for all countries to cooperate in maintaining the political security of cyberspace on a global scale. However, compared with the economic and cultural fields, it is not easy to carry out international cooperation in the field of cyberspace political security, which faces more traditional and nontraditional vulnerabilities. The factors contributing to the vulnerabilities of international cooperation in cyberspace political security are not only in the field of concept that the ideologization of international cooperation in cyberspace political security, but also the field of action that objective existence of security dilemma, the vulnerabilities of cooperation that brought about by unequal dependence, the vulnerabilities of international coordinating organization. Based on national strategy and reality, China should take the construction of a community with a shared future in cyberspace as the basic idea and path to promote international cooperation in cyberspace political security governance.

摘要： 基于共同政治威胁和各自政治利益关切，各国在全球范围合作维护网络空间政治安全迫切而紧要。但是，网络空间政治安全领域开展国际合作并不容易，面临更多传统和非传统安全上的脆弱性。导致网络空间政治安全国际合作脆弱性的因素既有观念上的网络空间政治安全国际合作的意识形态化，又有网络空间政治安全悖论的客观实在性、不对等依赖关系带来的合作脆弱性、国家间协调力量的虚弱导致合作不稳定性等行动上的困境。从国家的战略和现实出发，中国应以构建网络空间命运共同体为参与和促进网络空间政治安全治理国际合作的着力点与行动路线。
