Abstract

Abstract:

The newly amended Constitution of China stipulates that the state should advocate socialist core values. With its rich historical background, solid practical base

and strong moral strength, this provision will serve as a spiritual guide to upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, constructing a modern powerful socialist country, and promoting social unity, harmony and progress of our country in the new era. It will also provide a powerful legal guarantee for the establishment of unique national spiritual support and the formation of peoples concept of and their belief in conscientious pursuit of socialist core values.

摘要：

我国新修改的宪法规定“国家倡导社会主义核心价值观”，具有深厚的历史底蕴、坚实的实践基础和强大的道义力量，必将为坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、建设社会主义现代化强国、促进新时代我国社会团结与和谐进步提供精神指引，为形成中华民族独特的精神支柱、形成人民自觉奉行的信念理念提供强有力的法治保障。
