Abstract: The current financial crisis,with its extensive impact on the world,has arisen out of complicated causes.To analyze these causes and search for a solution it is necessary to establish a cross-disciplinary subject of global studies based on science and philosophy.Thus,the major contradictions of the era can be studied,and rational adjustment of international relations may be adopted.It is expected that with the cooperation of sovereign countries the world will be administered through a completely new system,and a globalized world will be reconstructed.

摘要： 当前正在产生广泛影响的全球金融危机有着十分复杂的原因,分析此次危机的根源,寻找解决危机的出路,必须依据科学和哲学,建立全球学,认真分析当今时代的主要矛盾,依靠各主权国家的力量,合理改变国际关系,用全新的系统和机制来管理世界,共同重建全球化世界。
